BANANAMAN
Bananaman is one of the stars of The Dandy.
Bananaman grew in popularity in the 1980s with his own animation series. 
Fashion licensees Truffleshuffle and BC International have used the unique Bananaman graphics to create a range of very popular T Shirts , hoodies and leisurewear that has featured across the high street.
Smiffy’s have had tremendous success with a Bananaman dress up costume. This has been seen on a range of TV shows and at live sporting events.
In 2010 they will introduce children’s and Ladies versions of this popular costume.
2010 is the 30th Anniversary of Bananaman's first appearance. Originally he was in Nutty Comic.
Delta have released the animation series on DVD.
Other licensees include Robert Harrop and The Big Badge Company.
